Om Agatheesaaya Nama!
*General Jeeva Naadi reading done on 29/07/2022 by Agathiyar Maharishi.*
*Place : Raghunath Temple, Jammu & Kashmir.*
Hail the one who lives in the mountains (Lord Shiva)! I, Agathiyan, spread my oracle by bowing to you!
Hereafter, good souls shall be born!
I inform my devotees that if destruction occurs, a prosperous incident will follow (*proverb : calm after a storm*).
Nothing to deny this!
Lakshmana did everything according to Rama's instructions. But Lakshmana had a wish!
He went to Rama and said, "Oh, my brother! I've done everything for you! But I have a trivial desire! I'll let you know what it is!".
"Tell me what it is!", said Rama.
Lakshmana said, "I would like to walk around the whole world and visit all the temples across the globe! I want to witness the Gods in each temple and meditate there for a while!".
Rama said, "This is not a wish but rather a result of your punyam! Therefore, you shall definitely go!".
Lakshmana was so delighted!
Hence, he first went to seek the blessings of his parents, his ancestors and then many Gods too! He meditated properly on all the deities at home for a month and got the blessings of them! This is because Lakshmana was well aware that the blessings of elders are required to visit all the shrines in the world! He was on strict fasting and chanted various mantras day and night for one month!
After one month of strict fasting, Lakshmana went to Rama happily and bowed in front of him!
"Oh, Rama! I was born unknowingly. But I feel proud to be born along with you! Certainly, I've done everything only for you. Now, I'm leaving for the trip!", said Lakshmana and bid a good bye!
However, Rama asked, "Can you do this, Lakshmana?".
But the people over there said, "Lakshmana! You have meditated and been fasting for one month! God shall protect you for sure!".
So, Lakshmana visited many temples!
During his travels, he understood that mankind is futile! He went to many temples understanding that difficulties will prevail if one is born again in this world.
He continued visiting various temples.
But Rama, on the other side, was worrying about Lakshmana! He was missing Lakshmana so much!
He called many Pulavargal (poets) to his court and asked them to search for Lakshmana. But Rama can do everything by himself. He himself can know where Lakshmana is! Since he landed on the world, in a human form, he lived his life like a human being and thus kept quiet! Honesty and justice was very important to Rama!
But Lakshmana was thinking about many Siddhars. He thought about Rama too, and started crying! He cried as he thought how he has come this far by being stuck in the web of affection! But he was firm in his decision to visit all the temples!
But during the time when Lakshmana started his trip, Rama had asked him, "Lakshmana! Since you are going to travel alone, shall I send any poets of our court along with you? Or shall I send army forces?".
But Lakshmana said, "Certainly, No! I will be visiting many temples. So, I shall find people who can help me there!".
However, like Lakshmana said, he did find people who helped him during his trip! This made Lakshmana very happy. He wandered to many places and ate what he got regardless of the quantity and slept in Thinnai (verandah ; resembles a stone bench outside a few houses).
Many creatures bestowed their darshans to Lakshmana in various forms!
He meditated in Kasi for many years and as a result, Lord Shiva appeared in front of him directly! But still he wished to travel to many countries and visit many temples!
He did visit many temples and eventually, he came here (Jammu & Kashmir)!
However, many evil-minded people, who don't believe in the existence of God, caught hold of him and asked, "Who are you? How did you get here?". They also commanded their men to imprison Lakshmana!
It was a house arrest (arrested him in the house where he was staying)! In this desperate situation, he remembered Rama already warning him to take someone along with him!
He cried thinking that he has no way to inform Rama about his situation from here.
He worried as he had no one to help him there.
So, he spent one year, imprisoned in that house, without having proper food to eat!
But did you all notice a subtlety here? Lakshmana was a person with highest virtues and a very kind heart! But still God decided to test him and he withstood it too!
However, he was longing to see Rama, Sita and Vasishta! He wanted to see many Rishis and Siddhars too! Lakshmana started crying by thinking about all of them!
Meanwhile, when I was walking around by this side (Jammu & Kashmir), I got to know that Lakshmana was here in this house!
I decided to approach him. But those people did not allow me!
So, I decided to get inside the house in a subtle form and helped Lakshmana!
Lakshmana was really happy! He understood that it was me (Agathiyar) who had come. He also decided firmly that only Agathiyan is capable of doing everything!
However, I preached one thing to Lakshmana! I told him that it is enough if he calls (prays) Saneeshwaran first! I said so because the one (Lakshmama) who lived in a Kingdom was suffering in a house arrest and the one who's responsible for this problem must be Saneeshwaran only!
Saneeshwaran is the righteous! So, I asked Lakshmana to call Saneeshwaran first!
But Lakshmana refused to call Saneeshwaran first but instead called (prayed) Hanuman! Then, he called his Rama!
He began saying, "Shri Rama! Shri Rama!".
Meanwhile, Saneeshwaran became furious as he got to know that Lakshmana refused to call him despite Agathiyan's advice! Hence, Saneeshwaran became extremely furious!
Thus, Saneeshwaran came here! Saneeshwaran directly entered the house in a subtle form!
"Lakshmana! Your Karmas have made you suffer right now! That is why I gave you a little punishment!", said Saneeshwaran.
Lakshmana started crying! His affection towards Saneeshwaran overflowed!
"Oh, Saneeshwara! I've now realized that you are the reason for everything! But I had known that if I call Rama or Hanuman, you will automatically come here. Agathiyan was the one who told me this subtlety in my ears!", said Lakshmana.
Saneeshwaran was astonished to know this and said, "Wow! What affection does Agathiyan have towards a human being (referring to Lakshmana)! How well Agathiyan instructed in order to save a human (Lakshmana)! What a sage!".
I shall show who I (Agathiyar) am, in the upcoming times! Only then humans will understand! They think Agathiyan doesn't exist and heence, they cheat using my name!
I myself entered the house in a subtle form only. I asked Saneeshwaran, "Eeshwara! Saneeshwara! You have gained so many titles! But what about Lakshmana's sorrow? What a (royal) life he lived in the past! He was a person who established Dharma wherever he went! But you made him suffer like this!".
"Forgive me Agathiya Munivarey! You are the one who learned everything! Then how can you say this! I've got this title 'Saneeshwaran' as I'm a righteous one! That is why I gave him a small problem but I never expected it to become this serious!", said Saneeshwaran. "Certainly, Agathiya Munivarey! Only you are capable of saving Lakshmana from this problem. I shall leave him. But you save him!", said Saneeshwaran and left the place by bestowing his blessings to Lakshmana.
"Oh, Shani Dev! What is this!!! You've done everything but the blame is on me now!", I said worryingly.
However, I decided to do something!
But crores and crores of people did not leave him (Lakshmana). They said he was a thief!
But I preached to him one thing. He kept using that sermon!
I shall let you all know something.. Oh, humans!!! In this Kaliyuga, I shall come truly in human form and give everything for those who like me and those who believe in me! This is a promise!
If Agathiyan gives a word, it will not change till the last breath!
But humans are the ones who are pretending that Agathiyan is orating. But I never accept a human being! Never ever!
I told a few things to Lakshmana in his ears! I suggested a mantra! More than a mantra, it's a secret! That is, I asked him to chant Rama Jayam first! While he kept chanting this, Hanuman came running!
Many people surrounded him (Hanuman). So, Anjaneya manifested many forms!
Those are now in the form of 5 sense creatures (monkeys). So, Hanuman decided to arrange these 5 sense creatures for help.
Thus, he himself took the form of a monkey! Therefore, lakhs and lakhs of monkeys visited Lakshamana during his house arrest! We shouldn't say those are monkeys. We must rather address them as Hanuman!
However, the people around the house got suspicious about the sudden entry of monkeys.
A king was ruling this place in that period. He was a cruel emperor!
He commanded his men to kill all the monkeys that visited Lakshmana! As per the command, they did kill them!
Now, the souls of those monkeys are inside all the Shaligram stones! When pure souls (good humans) visit this temple, those monkeys would definitely bestow their blessings on them, and would eradicate the people's Karmas. Also, they shall make everything in life happen in a good way!
So, the souls of the monkeys are still alive inside the Shaligram stones (the temple has 12,25,000 Shaligram stones consecrated. The souls of the monkeys are still living inside these stones)!
However, Lakshmana continued chanting the name of Rama innumerous times! Rama got to know that Lakshmana was calling him!
He was tensed that his brother (Lakshmana) was trapped somewhere!
Rama was disheartened!
While he was planning to help his brother, Saneeshwaran visited Rama and said, "Rama!!! Since your brother had few Karmas, I punished him. But it went wrong! He got stuck in a huge problem!".
Rama remained silent! After a while, he said, "Okay, Saneeshwararey! You must do your duty. This is the truth. It is always right to do your duty properly!".
After hearing this, Shani Bhagwan bowed his head down to Rama!
However, Rama was thinking of how to save Lakshmana. Hence, he sat down to meditate for a while.
But I (Agathiyar) was the one who came to his mind while meditating!
Rama understood that only Agathiyan can save Lakshmana!
But I playfully hid for some time from Rama! I let him search for me for a while. But I was right beside Rama! He was not aware of it and kept searching for me. However, if Rama meditates for a few seconds, perfectly he will be able to say what's around him. Rama had infinite devotion towards me!
He was my devotee!
He was my disciple!
More than this, he was like a son to me! Hence, I had preached to him about many things and have also helped him in many ways.
Since I had so much love towards my son (Rama), I played for a while with him. But after some time, I myself went and stood in front of him.
"Agathiya Munivarey! Agathiya Munivarey! Welcome! I was just thinking about you!", said Rama.
I said, "Yes Rama! I know! Tell me now!".
"Our innocent Lakshmana has been stuck in an unknown place!", Rama replied fiercely!
In the same rage, I said, "Rama!!! Come let's go!", and we reached here.
Those people did not even allow Rama inside! Rama felt really upset by seeing these humans as he was a person who has done punyam, charity, and most importantly he was born to make people live a good life.
Rama said, "Agathiya Munivarey! Please save Lakshmana! You can do everything! I'm well aware that injustice will be at its peak during Kaliyuga. But definitely you will be able to show dawn/a right path to good people. You are capable of saving people!".
Rama's eyes were filled with tears! Those tears let down from his eyes like a river! He cried and said, "Agathiya Munivarey! I'm swayed by these bonds and affection! What else shall I say! Please understand my situation Agathiya Munivarey!".
I said, "I shall call each and every Siddhan here! Not only that, but also I shall call each and every Rishi here! I shall ask many Munivar (sages) also to come here in the form of humans! Let's arrest these people for sure!".
I had been telling the world that I'm AGATHIYAN! In the upcoming times, definitely I shall show the world who Agathiyan is!
I've come here for a higher purpose! I shall not leave the world without completing my ambition!
Eshwari (Parvathi Devi), Eshwaran (Lord Shiva) and many other Siddhars and Devas are asking me to come (to the upper world)!
But I shall leave only after making the lives of good people better! Therefore, I'm in this world right now!
However, those people over there, multiplied!
I will leave them or what?
I converted all the Devas. Rishis and sages into human forms and gathered a crowd!
I stood in front of them in the form of a human being. But they obstructed me here.
They asked, "Who are you? You must not enter inside!".
I replied, "I'm no one. I'm here to see my brother Lakshmana".
But still they refused to let me in and began quarrelling.
I'm also a person who has seen many quarrels!
The quarrel that happened right now is nothing at all!
However, one person from that gang predicted that if he sets Lakshmana free, he will surely enslave the kingdom. He felt that if he released Lakshmana, he would lose the kingdom for sure. Thus, he instructed everyone not to release Lakshmana.
But I'll let this happen or what?
I gathered many people while I was in human form.
However, those people (who imprisoned Lakshmana) were not good-hearted ones. Therefore, it resulted in a big conflict without any injuries!
In the end, I stood high! (Agathiyar's Vishwaroopam!!!)
"I'm Agathiyan! This nation is my nation! I warn you all that if you keep harming Lakshmana, I shall change all of your fate and make your lives miserable!", I said.
Soon after I told this, all the crores and crores of people became my devotees!
Everybody realized their mistakes and said, "Agathiya Munivarey! Agathiya Munivarey! Is it you who has come in the form of a human, just because to give a helping hand to another human being (Lakshmana)!? But we believe that you will protect us too!".
Even if a person is a thief, you must show love towards him! You should have an affectionate bonding with him. Then, he will definitely change for the better!
Hence, even if a person is a normal human being, I shall consider him as my child and help him in life!
This is my mercy!
This will never change!
Humans are not aware of what is going to happen in the world in the future. That is why Siddhars keep saying that humans are fools! Hence, show true devotion towards God! That's enough!
I did not ask/demand anything! Why are you all doing everything for me? Let the good people live! If you have something for yourself, give that to others!
I'm saying this with mercy and kindness. But other Siddhars are not like me. They will hit you hard!
That is why I would ask you not to cheat! Do not cheat with my name! As a person with so much mercy, I ask you all not to cheat! If that's your words, you yourself orate it. Don't say that I'm the one who's responsible for those words of yours. Don't use my name! Don't ever use my name!
This is my warning!
If you use my name to cheat, I myself shall punish you!
If you keep cheating, people will eventually lose faith in God. They will say God and Siddhars don't exist!
I have been helping so many people in various different ways! Even now I shall help. Hence, do not cheat!
I did not ask for anything! I'm asking only for a good heart!
Even my devotees have competitions and jealousy among themselves. They pretend to be my devotees and enter into Mantrik (witchcraft). Certainly, they will be punished!
Again, I'm saying, THEY SHALL BE PUNISHED FOR SURE!
Therefore, change for the better!
So, I stood high! Everyone accepted me as their Guru!
Murugan came here running!
Eesan (Lord Shiva) had also come!
Parvathi Devi too!
Then, it was Pillayon (Lord Ganeesha) who had come!
Finally, all the Gods came here!
Did you all understand now!? Lakshmana, being born as a normal human being, showed a higher level of devotion!
I made him witness all the Gods directly!
This is what I'm telling you all too!
Do not do injustice and iniquity! Do not lie! Then, for sure, I shall show you all the Gods directly! Therefore, be a true devotee.
So, everyone (Gods) came here and that is why I would say that this place has a lot of powers!
Thus, the people who visit this place, shall get everything in life. They shall be bestowed with all kinds of prosperity!
I myself established many powers here in many ways!
However, few terrorists came forward to destroy this temple!
But will I spare them? I even knew earlier that this incident is going to take place in the future! That is why I brought all the Gods, Devas, Rishis and Sages here!
This is because, if they come here, the powers will be gathered in high amounts and thus, nobody will be able to harm this place!
This is the reason why this temple is unshook! So, did you all understand now?
My blessings to all!
I shall spread more oracles soon! My blessings to all!
*Temple address and details :*
Shri Raghunath Mandir,
Jammu city,
Jammu and Kashmir - 180001.
The temple is open from 7 am to 9 pm.
*“Nilambhuj Shyamalgomlang Sita Samaropithwambakam, Bhano Mahasaigacharuchapam Namame Ramam Raghuvamsh-natham”*
*Meaning of the Slokam :*
*Rama is the first of the Raghus. His beautiful body is dark blue in colour which resembles a blue lotus. On the left, Sita Devi is seated. I bow down to such a great Lord who has beautiful bow and arrows in hand!*
According to this slokam, the famous Raghunath temple was not only completed in 1860, but also first established by the former King of Jammu and Kashmir, Maharaja Ranbir Singh, which was started in Jammu in 1835 by his father, the first Dogra ruler, Maharaja Gulab Singh.
This type of statue is located in the sanctum sanctorum of this temple which is visited by millions of tourists and pilgrims every year! It is the first temple in India to have a dark coloured (shyam rang) statue of Lord Rama made of granite stones! Crowded by millions, the Raghunath Temple houses around 365 idols, including those of Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana. And 12,25000 Shaligram stones are worshipped here!
Collected from the banks of the Gandaki River near Muktinath in Nepal, these Shaligram stones represent one Prajapati, one Indra, 8 Vasus, 12 Adityas and 33 crore Hindu deities (goddesses, deities)!
In this temple, 11 Rudras receive prasadam every day. The architecture of the temple is such that no steel is used in its construction. Apart from the 14 temples, the walls of the main temple and the complex around the main temple and where the Ahatas idols and Shaligrams are installed, the masonry is done using lime mortar, clay and straw. Only after centuries do they acquire the strength of stones. The wooden doors of many temples resemble those used in Mubarak Mandi or old havelis of Jammu city.
The reckoning of time was called Suryavanshi, as the family of earlier Dogra Maharajas were said to be Suryavanshis of solar descent.
This is the reason why a huge sun depicting Surya Vamsa is built in the center of the facade of the main entrance of Raghunath Temple (Theodi)!
The dyoti is designed with Lord Ganesha sitting in the center and at the top of the entrance and four elephants sitting on a large arch built in the shape of a bow. (referring to Rama carrying it in his hand).
Beneath it comes an ornately designed sun followed by another bow-shaped arc. Below this is the main entrance supported by large double height columns.
The other entrance is covered by bunkers for security reasons.
The base of the columns has fish-shaped structures.
According to Darshan Sharma, who has been serving the temple for over 31 years, the temple has four parikramas or pradakshinas (around the sanctum of the temple). There devotees walk around the deities in the inner chamber of the temple.
After darshan of Lord Rama situated in the gold-plated sanctum sanctorum, devotees walk around (Pradakshina) Sita and Lakshmana in this temple. There are four directions - Agni deva, Shani deva and two Drapal Jai and Vijay idols installed there.
Inside the main temple are three separate idols of Lord Rama, also known as Raghunath. Avatars of Vishnu, Sita and Lakshmana, Radha and Krishna are carried in chariots during Rama Navami, Vijayadashami and Krishna Janmashtami. Darshan Sharma said that the royal family's special prayers are done in the second Parikrama. All the Ahadas there are intricately built in the form of arches and built-in ventilators, where the devotees are positioned to pray comfortably.
Grand corridors lead to different mandapas and the temple is never congested due to its wide verandahs, walkways.
Then comes the third Parikrama. There the idols of Vishnu, Vinayagar, Bharat, Shatrughan, Narasingha Avatar, Radha & Krishna, Vara Avatar, Vaman Avatar, Mahalakshmi, Matsya, Kashyap Ji, Virat Ji, Shiva and Lakshmi Narayan are beautifully placed in 14.
Temples are designed around the main sanctum sanctorum.
Interestingly, the temple is very well designed. There the four thalams around Lord Brahma including Badrinath, Dwarka, Jagannath Puri and Rameswaram are depicted.
The place is historically significant and spiritually enlightens the devotees.
Although the 185-year-old Raghunath temple was officially completed in 1860, the installation of more idols and other development work did not stop here.
Once the idols of Mata Vaishno Devi, Hanuman, Nataraja and Sai baba are also installed in the temple complex for the devotees.
In the last parikrama, a prominent Shiva lingam has been installed by Dr Karan Singh, politician, philanthropist, poet and son of Maharaja Hari Singh.
Interestingly, a prayer in Dogri by Dr Karan Singh is painted on one wall. It reflects the cultural ethics of the city.
Statues of Maharaja Amar Singh, Maharaja Gulab Singh and Maharaja Ranbir Singh are also located in this last circle in the main entrance.
Idols of Lord Muruga and Maha Kali have been newly added to the temple's treasury.
The temple also has a huge Shiva lingam called Swayambu (self-manifested) Shiva Lingam brought from the river Narmada. It is thronged by many devotees.
Spadika Shiva Lingam and Bagula Mukhi Natrajar are very popular among devotees. There are 88 people serving in the temple at various levels including 45 priests.
"Today around 500 to 2000 visitors are delighted by having darshan at the Raghunath temple here every day," said the head priest.
With wide verandahs and walkways, apart from large parikramas, the temple is never short of devotees and even today can host large gatherings for any religious occasion!
